Who handles your inquiry
Lanternline is the digital services business operated by Jonathan Killough. Use the professional contact address on the contact page for privacy questions once it is established.
What the form asks for
Your name, business name, email, optional phone and website, business type, requested services, current problem, budget range, timeline and optional notes. These details are used to respond to your inquiry, assess fit and prepare a possible proposal. Submitting the form is not a marketing subscription.
Where the information goes
Once configured, the website sends inquiries through Resend to Lanternline’s business inbox. Hosting and email providers process data to operate those services. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent spam and may process browser and network signals. No payment information is collected by this form.
Browser storage and analytics
This site does not intentionally store form answers in browser storage and does not include advertising pixels or analytics. Unsaved answers disappear when you leave or reload the page. Hosting and security providers may maintain operational logs.
Retention and your choices
The proposed operating policy is to review unsuccessful inquiries after 90 days and delete them when no ongoing discussion or recordkeeping need remains. Client and transaction records follow the retention policy confirmed for the business. You can request a correction or deletion through the contact address; some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Keep sensitive information out
Please don’t submit passwords, payment details, identification documents or confidential information about your customers. Account access, if needed for a project, is arranged separately using invitations and appropriate permissions.
